The founding offer is BDS$199 per month with no separate website build fee. It is month to month: cancel before the next payment and keep the agreed website files. Hosting, maintenance, CMS service and included updates end when the paid plan ends. You supply business details and approved images. New pages, redesigns, substantial copywriting, ecommerce, domains, email, third-party fees and custom functionality are separate.

Your CMS covers the editable fields agreed during setup. The managed plan also includes one scheduled basic update batch each month, up to 20 minutes, for ready changes to existing content.

That can include changing text, an approved image, a price, opening information or a seasonal special inside an existing section.

What needs a separate quote?

New pages, redesigns, substantial copywriting, ecommerce, custom booking, integrations and new functionality. We agree the deliverables and price before starting.

Is there a separate website build fee?

No. For an accepted founding client, the agreed website of up to five pages, hosting, CMS access, maintenance and the published small-update allowance are included in the BDS$199 monthly plan. The first monthly payment is required before work starts. The plan is month to month, so you can cancel before the next payment and keep the agreed website files.

Why is the founding offer limited?

Gladreach is building its portfolio and can only give this level of attention to five suitable businesses. Accepted clients supply their content promptly, provide practical feedback and allow the completed website to be featured in our portfolio.

How do the monthly products differ?

BDS$199 Founding Website creates and manages up to five agreed pages, with one monthly update batch of up to 20 minutes. BDS$399 Reputation & Local Presence adds the existing Managed Website allowance, Google Business Profile and review work. BDS$999 Growth Partner adds a defined CRM pipeline, booking connection, review automation, follow-up and an active local-visibility programme. Higher products include the services below them; the prices are not added together.

Can you guarantee Local Pack placement, bookings or revenue?

No. Growth Partner improves the customer journey and works on defined website, Google Business Profile, review, follow-up and local-search priorities. Rankings, Local Pack placement, AI citations, traffic, bookings and revenue depend on factors outside Gladreach’s control and cannot be guaranteed.

What counts as a website update?

A ready change to existing content, such as replacing text or an approved image, changing a price or opening detail, or adding a seasonal special inside an existing section. It does not include a new layout, substantial new copy, ecommerce, integrations or new functionality.
