There is no separate build fee and no minimum term: cancel before the next payment and keep the agreed website files.

No. For an accepted founding client, the agreed website of up to five pages, hosting, CMS access, maintenance and the published small-update allowance are included in the BDS$199 monthly plan. The first monthly payment is required before work starts. The plan is month to month, so you can cancel before the next payment and keep the agreed website files.
Gladreach is building its portfolio and can only give this level of attention to five suitable businesses. Accepted clients supply their content promptly, provide practical feedback and allow the completed website to be featured in our portfolio.
Yes. CMS access covers the editable fields agreed for your website. Gladreach can also make the scheduled existing-page changes included in your chosen product. Work outside the agreed fields or allowance is scoped separately.
Growth Partner includes setup and management of one agreed CRM pipeline and one supported booking flow. Where eligible, agreed website, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook enquiries can be connected to the supported system. Software subscriptions, WhatsApp or SMS usage, Meta approval, payment fees and unsupported connections remain separate.
