Is there a separate website build fee?

No. For an accepted founding client, the agreed website of up to five pages, hosting, CMS access, maintenance and the published small-update allowance are included in the BDS$199 monthly plan. The first monthly payment is required before work starts. The plan is month to month, so you can cancel before the next payment and keep the agreed website files.

What happens if I cancel?

You can leave at any time before the next monthly payment and keep the agreed website files. Hosting, maintenance, CMS service and included updates end when the paid plan ends, so you can move the files to another suitable host or ask us to quote for migration help.

Why is the founding offer limited?

Gladreach is building its portfolio and can only give this level of attention to five suitable businesses. Accepted clients supply their content promptly, provide practical feedback and allow the completed website to be featured in our portfolio.

Can I update the site myself?

Yes. CMS access covers the editable fields agreed for your website. Gladreach can also make the scheduled existing-page changes included in your chosen product. Work outside the agreed fields or allowance is scoped separately.

What counts as a website update?

A ready change to existing content, such as replacing text or an approved image, changing a price or opening detail, or adding a seasonal special inside an existing section. It does not include a new layout, substantial new copy, ecommerce, integrations or new functionality.

Can you build something larger?

Yes. Larger initial websites, ecommerce, custom booking or payment features, multiple locations and complex integrations receive a separate proposal with an agreed scope, price and delivery plan.
