Are these complete monthly packages?+
Yes. Essential is BDS$199, Connected is BDS$399 and Local Growth is BDS$599 per month. Choose one package. The BDS$599 tier includes its website care; it is not added to the BDS$199 plan.
What does a two-business-day turnaround mean?+
For a routine website change within your plan allowance, our target is completion within two business days once the request is agreed and all content and access are ready. Weekends and England/Wales public holidays do not count. It is not a promise to complete a new build or any request within 48 calendar hours.
Can I update my own menu or products?+
Connected and Local Growth include an agreed editable catalogue with up to 50 entries and an editor handover. Self-service edits to those fields do not use your agency update allowance. New fields, layouts, features or additional collections need a separate scope.
Are booking software and setup fees included?+
The Connected and Local Growth scope supports one suitable booking integration. Initial build/configuration and provider subscriptions or transaction fees are itemised in the proposal. We check that the system fits your capacity, workflow and account before committing.
Is there a setup fee or a minimum term?+
Initial build/configuration charges, payment schedule, term, cancellation and handover are set out in your proposal before work begins. The displayed package price is the recurring service fee.
Do you also run ads and create graphics?+
Yes. Google/Facebook campaigns, management and basic static ad creatives are quoted separately. The quote defines the channels, concepts, resizes, revisions and reporting. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms.
What if I need something larger?+
Use the bespoke route for a larger website, full online ordering, multiple locations, complex bookings, API connections or more intensive growth support. We agree deliverables, milestones and the support level around the project.
