We configure one CRM pipeline for your website and agreed social enquiries, connect one supported booking flow, and set up appropriate confirmations, reminders and review requests around an agreed completed-customer step.
Each month we review the pipeline, reputation and available visibility data, then complete one agreed growth improvement such as a priority service page, landing page, funnel or automation refinement.

The quoted scope states the businesses, locations and systems covered. Software subscriptions, WhatsApp or SMS usage, payment-processing fees and advertising spend are separate. Custom software, unsupported integrations and additional locations receive a separate quote. Rankings, bookings and revenue cannot be guaranteed.

A few things you might be wondering.
Is there a separate website build fee?
No. For an accepted founding client, the agreed website of up to five pages, hosting, CMS access, maintenance and the published small-update allowance are included in the BDS$199 monthly plan. The first monthly payment is required before work starts. The plan is month to month, so you can cancel before the next payment and keep the agreed website files.
What happens if I cancel?
You can leave at any time before the next monthly payment and keep the agreed website files. Hosting, maintenance, CMS service and included updates end when the paid plan ends, so you can move the files to another suitable host or ask us to quote for migration help.
Why is the founding offer limited?
Gladreach is building its portfolio and can only give this level of attention to five suitable businesses. Accepted clients supply their content promptly, provide practical feedback and allow the completed website to be featured in our portfolio.
How do the monthly products differ?
BDS$199 Founding Website creates and manages up to five agreed pages, with one monthly update batch of up to 20 minutes. BDS$399 Reputation & Local Presence adds the existing Managed Website allowance, Google Business Profile and review work. BDS$999 Growth Partner adds a defined CRM pipeline, booking connection, review automation, follow-up and an active local-visibility programme. Higher products include the services below them; the prices are not added together.
Does every product include the same five-page website?
No. The up-to-five-page limit belongs to the founding-client design offer. Managed Website looks after the agreed website. Reputation & Local Presence adds a reputation system. Growth Partner adds a defined customer pipeline, booking connection, automation and monthly growth work. Larger initial builds are quoted separately.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. CMS access covers the editable fields agreed for your website. Gladreach can also make the scheduled existing-page changes included in your chosen product. Work outside the agreed fields or allowance is scoped separately.
Are WhatsApp and booking software included?
Growth Partner includes setup and management of one agreed CRM pipeline and one supported booking flow. Where eligible, agreed website, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook enquiries can be connected to the supported system. Software subscriptions, WhatsApp or SMS usage, Meta approval, payment fees and unsupported connections remain separate.
Can you guarantee Local Pack placement, bookings or revenue?
No. Growth Partner improves the customer journey and works on defined website, Google Business Profile, review, follow-up and local-search priorities. Rankings, Local Pack placement, AI citations, traffic, bookings and revenue depend on factors outside Gladreach’s control and cannot be guaranteed.
What counts as a website update?
A ready change to existing content, such as replacing text or an approved image, changing a price or opening detail, or adding a seasonal special inside an existing section. It does not include a new layout, substantial new copy, ecommerce, integrations or new functionality.
Can you build something larger?
Yes. Larger initial websites, ecommerce, custom booking or payment features, multiple locations and complex integrations receive a separate proposal with an agreed scope, price and delivery plan.
