Booking and cancellation
A 30% deposit secures a confirmed stay, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations at least 30 days before arrival receive a deposit refund; within 30 days, payments are non-refundable unless different terms appear in your written quote.

Sharing the house comfortably
Quiet hours run from 10pm to 8am, and smoking is restricted to the designated outdoor area. Children are welcome with an adult; visitors, events and any additional guests must be agreed before arrival.
